The whistleblowing channel is a means of communication of Syspro Automation S.L.U. to facilitate the confidential and agile communication of irregularities that they may assume infractions. Communications may be submitted anonymously.

The communications through the channel must deal with acts or conducts, present or past, referring to:

• Actions or omissions that may constitute a violation of European Union Law.
• Actions or omissions that may constitute a serious or very serious criminal or administrative offense. All serious or very serious criminal or administrative infractions that imply economic loss for the Public Treasury and Social Security will be understood to be included.

The channel is available to the Board of Directors, staff, those who have enjoyed a scholarship, staff of Temporary Work Agencies (TWA), those who have provided agency, mediation, collaboration and/or prescription services, as well as supplier companies and the personnel who work for or under their supervision, who have maintained an employment relationship with Syspro Automation that is currently terminated, as well as those who apply or have applied for a job.

The system is accessible 24 hours a day, 365 days a year from any device and in several languages.

At the request of the interested party, disclosures can also be presented through a face-to-face meeting, for which the request must be directed through this form.
