Automation, control architecture design and SCADA implementation for the Utilities of a new pharmaceutical production plant

o Design of the control architecture with 2 Siemens S7-1500 PLCs (GMP and non-GMP), decentralised periphery ET200SP and G120 drives, Profinet.
o Design of the SCADA architecture with 2 pairs of redundant servers (GMP and non-GMP) and 3 clients.
o Control of all the elements of the 14 systems (GMP and Non GMP) with integration of the elements by means of Profinet, Modbus TCP, Modbus RTU or BACnet protocols.
o Design, construction and installation of 10 electrical panels.
o Supply and wiring of instrumentation.
o Field wiring of instrumentation and elements supplied by industrialists of all the systems integrated in the control.
o Definition of Functional Specifications and Programming of the control system (PLCs) for the operation of the Utilities. – DS documents: FS, HDS, SDS, IOList…
o Interlocution with Industrial Suppliers of Utilities Equipment for the correct execution of the project.
o CSV (Computerized System Validation): GMP validation. Protocol drafting and execution – At SYSPRO: FAT tests – At the plant: IQ, OQ and PQ.
