Automation of machines, migration of control systems, and development of SyBID system for plant management.

Comprehensive project for the automation of a biocide factory. This is a complete project in which, in collaboration with the client’s engineering department, we have gone from a very manual plant to a fully automated plant. To cite a few examples:
o Full automation of complex machines using Allen Bradley servo controllers: bagging machines, rotary presses.
o Implementation of plant SCADA communicating with all systems for correct visualisation and control. In this step, an Allen Bradley server-client structure is installed (FT View) where each operator has access to the SCADA.
o Migration of machine and silo control systems to Allen Bradley, to integrate everything into the same system.
o Construction of different electrical control cabinets.
o Design, development and implementation of SyBID system for production management, allowing the customer to communicate its ERP with the plant, send production orders, manage planning, monitor raw material consumption, visualise KPIs. Among others, kepware and HTML 5 were used.

The customer obtained an optimised design of its whey recovery plant that allows it to revalue this by-product by increasing the economic output.
