New pharmaceutical plant control system (fill and finish)

This is the complete automation of a pharmaceutical plant with 3 sterile filling lines in which Syspro is responsible for the following:
o Functional analysis of the entire installation.
o Definition and programming of the control system library to be used: Emerson DeltaV.
o Installation and maintenance of the development and production control systems, mounting all the DeltaV virtual machines on the Nutanix hardware.
o Programming and integration in the control system of the whole plant with the following modes:
– Complete control: all equipment control logic is in DeltaV. For example, Clean Utilities distribution (WFI, RO, Clean Steam…).
– Remote control: the sequences and control logic of the equipment is in another controller and the system is controlled from DeltaV. For example, chillers.
– Monitoring: DeltaV collects data and sends information to the equipment, but all the control resides in the equipment itself. For example, filling lines.
o Integration of DeltaV with other platforms such as AVEVA PI and MODA.
o Documentation of the control system.
o Qualification of the control system (FAT/SAT).
o System commissioning.
o CQV support.
