The main benefit obtained by the customer is that a process which used to be done manually (the operator placed the accessory in the bottle and clipped it with a small tool) is now done automatically. This implies:

– The time to make a reference change has decreased., so production is higher with the same operator.
– There is now automatic quality control. The medium checks that the accessory has been inserted successfully.
– There is less wastage of material, because in automatic there are fewer errors.
– By increasing quality control, sending NOK parts is avoided.
– This machine is multi-reference so it can be used with other products.
