o Design of the control architecture for the automation of a new production line. Specific PLC for RA ControlLogix 1756-L85EP process and distribution in independent redundant networks of PowerFlex drives and E300 starters and redundant network in FO for peripherals.
o Integral design of the electrical solution for the manufacture of the cabinets and field wiring following FDA power supply guidelines with Rittal Hygienic Design solutions and EcoLabb cable.
o Design of the SCADA architecture with 2 pairs of redundant servers with engineering station and operating stations.
o Process control of Fermenters, Organic UF, Mineral UF, Preconcentration, CIP cleaning, etc.
o Design, construction and installation of a fully sectorised and optimised main switchboard with 8 bodies.
o Design, construction and installation of 4 periphery panels in Hygienic solution for Food.
o Field wiring of instrumentation and other equipment of all the systems integrated in the control. Collecting signals in 4 peripherals and 8 AS-i networks.
