Syspro is a member of the consortium of the Biogreen project, an R&D project whose objective is to develop a concept of green biorefinery from biomass, using non-competitive crops with food and high yield, to obtain high value-added products such as Bioplastics and cellulose acetate membranes, as well as fertilizer products. The project will help boost the concept of bioeconomic and integrate the circular economy model in traditionally agricultural areas, improving their competitiveness.

The Biogreen project will be developed in collaboration with the companies Agroamb Prodalt, Galchimia, Norvento and Idener, as well as with the AINIA and CETIM technology centers, and is subsidized by the Centre for Industrial Technological Development (CDTI), the European Regional Development Fund (ERDF) and supported by the Ministry of Economy and Competitiveness. It is one of the projects selected by the CDTI in the latest edition of the INNTERCONECTA programme.
