New pharmaceutical production line

o Programming, validation and support in the start-up of a new production line, consisting mainly of a Dryer and its feeding equipment such as: Reactors, tanks, CIP Kitchen, etc. It includes the interconnection with other existing product lines in the plant, monitoring the transfer units through the use of RFIDs.
o The project also included the automation of utility equipment for the supply of vacuum and thermal fluid at different temperatures for the process, as well as an auxiliary production line consisting of a Cone Dryer.
o More information:
– System developed on the DeltaV V14 platform and interfaced with DeltaV Live, consisting of 600+ modules between CMs/EMs. Programming through the use of client’s customised libraries and classes, as well as engineering and development of new classes and updates; derived from the specific requirements of the project and improvements identified for the production line.
– Syspro has collaborated in the implementation of a new working methodology defined by the client, which included, among other activities, a commissioning stage prior to validations.
– Given that this was the first project to apply the methodology, we participated with the client in the adjustment and evaluation of the steps followed and we collaborated with the additional effort required, so that the delivery of the project was not affected by this experimental phase.
